Chapter 175 - Education of the Deaf
Section 10-316a - Consultant on children who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Universal Citation: CT Gen Stat § 10-316a (2018)

The State Board of Education shall be empowered to appoint a consultant qualified in the education of children who are deaf or hard of hearing and said board shall fix and pay such consultant’s compensation.

History: P.A. 75-567 deleted obsolete Subsec. (b) re appropriations for biennium ending June 30, 1971; P.A. 78-218 substituted “such consultant’s” for personal pronoun “his”; P.A. 17-202 replaced “hearing-impaired and deaf children” with “children who are deaf or hard of hearing”.
