Section 10-97a - Inspection of school buses in operation in Technical Education and Career System.
Universal Citation: CT Gen Stat § 10-97a (2018)
On or before July 15, 2010, and annually thereafter, the State Board of Education shall arrange for the inspection, in accordance with the provisions of section 14-282a, of those school buses, as defined in section 14-275, in operation in the Technical Education and Career System.

History: P.A. 10-76 effective May 18, 2010; P.A. 12-116 replaced “regional vocational-technical school system” with “technical high school system”, effective July 1, 2012; P.A. 17-237 replaced “technical high school system” with “Technical Education and Career System”, effective July 1, 2017.
