Section 45a-105 - Uniform fees in Probate Courts.
Universal Citation: CT Gen Stat § 45a-105 (2016)
The fees charged by Probate Courts shall be uniform for all of the probate districts established by law. Fees shall be assessed in accordance with sections 45a-106a, 45a-107, 45a-108a and 45a-109 to 45a-112, inclusive.

History: P.A. 12-45 substituted “fees” for “costs”, effective January 1, 2013; P.A. 13-199 substituted “probate courts” for “courts of probate”, effective January 1, 2014; June Sp. Sess. P.A. 15-5 deleted reference to Sec. 45a-106, added references to Secs. 45a-106a, 45a-107, 45a-108a and 45a-109 and made a technical change, effective July 1, 2015.
