Section 42-206 - Unfair trade practice.
Universal Citation: CT Gen Stat § 42-206 (2016)
A violation of any of the provisions of sections 42-200 to 42-205, inclusive, shall be deemed an unfair or deceptive trade practice in accordance with the provisions of chapter 735a.
