Section 34-275c - (Note: This section is effective July 1, 2017.) Amendment of foreign registration statement.
Universal Citation: CT Gen Stat § 34-275c (2016)
A registered foreign limited liability company shall deliver to the Secretary of the State for filing an amendment to its foreign registration statement if there is a change in: (1) The name of the company; (2) the company's governing jurisdiction; (3) an address required by subdivision (4) of section 34-275b; or (4) the information required by subdivision (5) of section 34-275b.
