Section 32-200 to 32-212 - Short title: Lower Fairfield County Convention Center Authority Act. Legislative finding. Definitions. Lower Fairfield County Conference or Exhibition Authority. Purposes and powers of the authority. Adoption of written procedures. Bonds, notes and other obligations. State contract assistance. Exemption from state and local taxes. State pledge to bondholders and contractors. Annual report; audits. Broad construction. Provisions of this chapter controlling over conflicting laws.
Sections 32-200 to 32-212, inclusive, are repealed, effective July 1, 2013.
