Section 22a-157 - (Formerly Sec. 19-25h). Prohibited acts.

Universal Citation: CT Gen Stat § 22a-157 (2016)

No person shall use, manufacture, produce, transport, transfer, receive, acquire, own or possess any source of ionizing radiation, unless exempt, licensed or registered in accordance with the provisions of sections 22a-148 to 22a-158, inclusive.
