Section 19a-755 - Health Information Technology Officer.
Universal Citation: CT Gen Stat § 19a-755 (2016)
The Lieutenant Governor shall, within existing resources, designate an individual to serve as Health Information Technology Officer. The Health Information Technology Officer shall be responsible for coordinating all state health information technology initiatives and may seek private and federal funds for staffing to support such initiatives.
