Section 19a-31b - Hair follicle drug testing by clinical laboratories.

Universal Citation: CT Gen Stat § 19a-31b (2016)

No clinical laboratory, as defined in section 19a-30, that offers hair follicle drug testing as part of its array of diagnostic testing services shall refuse to administer a hair follicle drug test that has been ordered by a physician or physician assistant, licensed under chapter 370, or an advanced practice registered nurse, licensed under chapter 378.
