Chapter 170 - Boards of Education
Section 10-221w - Boards prohibited from hiring certain persons convicted for failure to report as a mandated reporter or interference with the making of a report.
Universal Citation: CT Gen Stat § 10-221w (2016)
No local or regional board of education shall hire any person whose employment contract was previously terminated by a board or who resigned from such employment, if such person has been convicted of a violation of section 17a-101a, regardless of whether an allegation of abuse or neglect or sexual assault has been substantiated.
