Section 46b-334 - Duty of commissioner and Chief Court Administrator.

CT Gen Stat § 46b-334 (2015) What's This?

(a) If the Commissioner of Social Services determines that the Bureau of Child Support Enforcement is neglecting or refusing to provide services to an individual, or if the Chief Court Administrator determines that Support Enforcement Services is neglecting or refusing to provide services to an individual, the commissioner or Chief Court Administrator may order their respective agencies to perform their duties under sections 46b-301 to 46b-425, inclusive, or may provide those services directly to the individual.

(b) The Attorney General may determine that a foreign country has established a reciprocal arrangement for child support with this state and take appropriate action for notification of the determination.
