Section 45a-63a - Time limitation re complaint for misconduct.
CT Gen Stat § 45a-63a (2015) What's This?
No complaint for misconduct shall be brought under section 45a-63 but within eight years from the date the alleged misconduct was committed.

History: P.A. 15-217 substituted “misconduct” for “judicial misconduct” and deleted “against a judge of probate”, effective July 1, 2015.
