Section 38a-58c - Applicability of state laws to alien insurer’s United States branch.

CT Gen Stat § 38a-58c (2015) What's This?

Unless otherwise provided, all applicable state laws that apply to domestic insurers shall apply to a United States branch established in accordance with sections 38a-58d to 38a-58g, inclusive.
