Section 12-8 - Recording and deposit of funds.

CT Gen Stat § 12-8 (2015) What's This?

All funds received by the commissioner shall promptly be recorded with the Comptroller and deposited with the State Treasurer. The commissioner shall make daily deposits with the State Treasurer.
