Chapter 7b - Springing Power of Attorney

  • Section 1-56h - (Note: This section is repealed, effective July 1, 2016.) Springing power of attorney. Effective upon written affidavit re occurrence of specified contingency.
  • Section 1-56i - (Note: This section is repealed, effective July 1, 2016.) Form of written affidavit re occurrence of specified contingency.
  • Section 1-56j - (Note: This section is repealed, effective July 1, 2016.) Power of attorney to cease if conservator of estate is appointed.
  • Section 1-56k - (Note: This section is repealed, effective July 1, 2016.) Probate court to resolve disputes re provisions concerning springing power of attorney.
  • Section 1-56l to 1-56q - Reserved for future use.
