Section 45a-105 - Uniform fees in probate courts.
CT Gen Stat § 45a-105 (2012) What's This?
The fees charged by courts of probate shall be uniform for all of the probate districts established by law. Fees shall be assessed in accordance with sections 45a-106 to 45a-112, inclusive.
