Sec. 9-354. Improper printing of ballot label. Any person who prints or causes to be printed upon any official ballot label the name of any person not a candidate of a party whose name is printed at the head of the column containing such nominees or who prints or causes to be printed any authorized ballot label in any manner other than that prescribed by the Secretary of the State shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars or be imprisoned not more than five years or be both fined and imprisoned.(1953, S. 831d.)
