Sec. 9-350. Failure to warn election.
Sec. 9-350. Failure to warn election. Any person whose duty it is to warn any election and who fails to warn such election as required by law shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars.(1949 Rev., S. 1118; 1953, S. 827d.)
