Sec. 9-20b. Voter registration services for new citizens at naturalization ceremonies. The Secretary of the State, within available appropriations and in consultation with registrars of voters and nonprofit organizations promoting voter registration, shall provide or arrange for voter registration services for new citizens at each naturalization ceremony held in the state by the federal Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services for twenty-five or more new citizens.(P.A. 05-188, S. 1.)
