Sec. 53a-129d. Identity theft in the third degree: Class D felony.
Sec. 53a-129d. Identity theft in the third degree: Class D felony. (a) A person is guilty of identity theft in the third degree when such person commits identity theft, as defined in section 53a-129a.(b) Identity theft in the third degree is a class D felony.
