Sec. 52-407. Appeal. If either party to a submission pursuant to section 52-406 desires a review of any question of law arising thereon and decided by the court, he may appeal the decision in the manner provided in ordinary cases of final judgment in the court, and not otherwise.(1949 Rev., S. 8150; P.A. 82-160, S. 148.)
