Sec. 52-286. Attachment of leasehold interests. Leasehold interests in real estate, oyster lots or beds, franchises issuing out of real estate, and any interest in buildings owned by one person on the land of another, may be attached in the same manner as real estate.(1949 Rev., S. 8027.)
