Sec. 52-173. Entries admissible for those claiming title from decedent. Whenever the entries and written memoranda of a deceased person would be admissible in favor of his representatives, such entries and memoranda may be admitted in favor of any person claiming title under or from the decedent.(1949 Rev., S. 7896.)
