Sec. 47a-17. Tenant to occupy only as dwelling unit. Unless otherwise agreed, a tenant shall occupy his dwelling unit only as a dwelling unit.(P.A. 76-95, S. 12, 27; 76-435, S. 75, 82; P.A. 79-571, S. 21.)
