Sec. 47-18a. Notice of listing of historic structure on National Register of Historic Places. The record owner of any historic structure or landmark in this state which is listed or under consideration for listing on the National Register of Historic Places or is part of a district listed or under consideration for listing on said National Register, shall cause notice of such listing or consideration for listing upon the land records of the town in which such structure or landmark is located.(P.A. 82-367, S. 2.)
