Sec. 46b-221. Notice to delinquent child support obligors by Commissioner of Social Services re availability of remedy of license suspension. The Commissioner of Social Services may provide notice to all IV-D delinquent child support obligors of the availability of the remedy of suspension of motor vehicle operator's licenses and professional, occupational and recreational licenses pursuant to section 46b-220. Such notice shall comply with the provisions of section 52-362g.(P.A. 95-310, S. 6, 9; June 18 Sp. Sess. P.A. 97-7, S. 33, 38.)
