Sec. 46b-69a. Wage executions and earning assignments.
Sec. 46b-69a. Wage executions and earning assignments. Executions and earning assignments in accordance with section 52-362 shall be available in all actions for dissolution of marriage, annulment and legal separation.(P.A. 83-400, S. 2.)
