Sec. 46b-64. (Formerly Sec. 46-64c). Orders of court prior to return day of complaint. Any provision in this chapter that the court may make any order after the return day of a complaint shall not preclude the court from making such order prior to the return day, upon the filing of a motion and the issuance of an order to show cause, if the court deems it necessary or appropriate.(P.A. 75-530, S. 15, 35; P.A. 78-230, S. 50, 54.)
History: P.A. 78-230 deleted "any" preceding "such order"; Sec. 46-64c transferred to Sec. 46b-64 in 1979.
