Sec. 46a-68j. Regulations. The commission shall adopt regulations in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54 for the purposes of sections 4a-60, 46a-56 and 46a-68b to 46a-68i, inclusive.(P.A. 88-351, S. 12, 16.)
