Sec. 45a-624g. Probate Court to resolve disputes concerning designation of standby guardian. The probate court for the district in which the minor resides at the time of any dispute concerning the meaning or application of any provision of sections 45a-624 to 45a-624f, inclusive, shall have jurisdiction over such dispute.(P.A. 94-207, S. 7.)
