Sec. 45a-275. (Formerly Sec. 45-266b). Applicability of statutes. Sections 45a-273 and 45a-274 shall apply only to estates of decedents for whom no will is presented for probate or no application for administration is filed within thirty days after death.(1967, P.A. 558, S. 51; P.A. 80-476, S. 229.)
History: P.A. 80-476 rephrased provisions but made no substantive change; Sec. 45-266b transferred to Sec. 45a-275 in 1991.
