Sec. 42-415. Rebate or discount for referrals. A person may not induce or attempt to induce a lessee to consummate a consumer lease by offering a postconsummation rebate, discount, commission or other consideration on the condition that the lessee provide information or assistance for the purpose of enabling a lessor or other person to lease or sell goods to another individual.(P.A. 02-81, S. 26.)
