Sec. 42-103k. Violation of chapter deemed unfair or deceptive trade practice. A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed an unfair or deceptive trade practice under subsection (a) of section 42-110b.(P.A. 81-166, S. 9; P.A. 82-146, S. 3.)
