Sec. 38a-693. (Formerly Sec. 38-201cc). Regulations. The Insurance Commissioner may adopt regulations in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, as he deems necessary to effectuate the purposes of sections 38a-341, 38a-358, 38a-672, 38a-673, 38a-676, 38a-686 to 38a-689, inclusive, 38a-691, 38a-692 and 38a-694.(P.A. 82-353, S. 24; P.A. 89-65, S. 3.)
History: P.A. 89-65 authorized the commissioner to adopt regulations to carry out the purposes of Secs. 38-201j and 38-201k; Sec. 38-201cc transferred to Sec. 38a-693 in 1991.
