Sec. 38a-348. (Formerly Sec. 38-175n). Mandatory medical examination; cost to be paid by insurer. Any insurance company pursuant to the terms of an automobile liability or physical damage insurance policy or policies, existing between the insurer and the insured, requiring a medical examination as a prerequisite for the renewal of any such policy delivered or issued for delivery in this state shall do so at its own expense.(P.A. 75-359.)
