Chapter 700 Property and Casualty Insurance
Sec. 38a-345. (Formerly Sec. 38-175k). Notice of possible eligibility for assigned risk plan.

      Sec. 38a-345. (Formerly Sec. 38-175k). Notice of possible eligibility for assigned risk plan. When automobile bodily injury and property damage liability coverage is cancelled, other than for nonpayment of premium, or in the event of failure to renew the policy as provided in section 38a-323, the insurer shall notify the named insured of his possible eligibility for automobile liability insurance through the automobile liability assigned risk plan. Such notice shall accompany or be included in the notice of cancellation or the notice of intent not to renew.
