Sec. 38a-312. (Formerly Sec. 38-103). Renewal certificates. Nothing contained in sections 38a-306 to 38a-311, inclusive, shall be construed to prohibit the renewal of any policy conforming to the requirements of said sections by the issuance of a renewal certificate, subject to such regulations as the commissioner may prescribe.(1949 Rev., S. 6110.)
