Sec. 38a-223. (Formerly Sec. 33-177). Fraternal benefit societies and life or accident insurance companies not affected. Fraternal benefit societies and life or accident insurance companies shall not be affected by sections 38a-214 to 38a-225, inclusive.(1949 Rev., S. 5290.)
