Sec. 38a-206. (Formerly Sec. 33-164). Fraternal benefit societies and life or accident insurance companies not affected. Fraternal benefit societies and life and accident insurance companies or accident insurance companies shall not be affected by any provision of sections 38a-199 to 38a-209, inclusive.(1949 Rev., S. 5278.)
