Sec. 38a-192. (Formerly Sec. 33-179u). Regulations by Insurance Commissioner. The commissioner may adopt such regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, as shall be necessary to carry out the provisions of sections 38a-175 to 38a-192, inclusive.(P.A. 86-154, S. 2; P.A. 90-68, S. 12, 16.)
