Sec. 31-304. Destruction of agreement.
Sec. 31-304. Destruction of agreement. Any judge of the Superior Court may order that the original of any approved agreement between an employer and an injured employee as to compensation, filed in the office of any clerk of the Superior Court pursuant to any provision of this chapter more than ten years prior to the date of such order, may be destroyed by the person having the custody thereof.(1955, S. 3048d; 1961, P.A. 491, S. 27.)
