Sec. 30-54. Permit to be hung in plain view. Every permittee, other than a corporation holding a railroad or airline permit, shall cause his permit or a duplicate thereof to be framed and hung in plain view in a conspicuous place in any room where the sales so permitted are to be carried on.(1949 Rev., S. 4271; P.A. 73-543, S. 11, 14.)
