Sec. 30-37n. Wine festival and out-of-state entity wine festival permits. Notification to chief municipal law enforcement official.

      Sec. 30-37n. Wine festival and out-of-state entity wine festival permits. Notification to chief municipal law enforcement official. A permittee holding a wine festival permit or an out-of-state entity wine festival permit issued pursuant to section 30-37l or 30-37m shall notify the chief municipal law enforcement official in the municipality in which such permittee intends to hold a wine festival of the dates and hours such wine festival is scheduled to take place. Such notification shall be in writing and shall be delivered to such official not later than seven days prior to the commencement of such wine festival.
