Sec. 3-131. Annual reports. The Attorney General shall prepare and submit to the Governor a report of the doings of his office in accordance with the provisions of section 4-60 and shall account to the State Treasurer for all fees, bills of costs and moneys received and expended by him by virtue of his office.(1949 Rev., S. 219; September, 1957, P.A. 11, S. 13.)
