Sec. 29-411. (Formerly Sec. 19-403l). Restrictions on demolition procedures. No person shall use demolition procedures which involve hazard or risk to the general public or unnecessary danger to the workmen, and no person shall use demolition procedures not in accord with good practice.(February, 1965, P.A. 551, S. 14.)
