Sec. 29-410. (Formerly Sec. 19-403k). Excavation of sidewalk area. No person shall excavate the area occupied by a sidewalk or temporary walkway in use, unless such area is provided with a walkway capable of supporting not less than one hundred fifty pounds per square foot and unless such walkway is provided with suitable ramps at each end.(February, 1965, P.A. 551, S. 13.)
