Sec. 22a-256d. Sale of alkaline manganese batteries. No person may sell or offer for sale an alkaline manganese battery manufactured on or after January 1, 1992, containing mercury in a concentration in excess of twenty-five one-thousandths of one per cent by weight of such battery.(P.A. 91-377, S. 3, 6.)
