Sec. 22a-241i. Commercial establishment. Penalty. Notwithstanding any other sections of the general statutes to the contrary, a municipality may impose a penalty not to exceed five hundred dollars for each violation by a commercial establishment of the requirements of subsection (c) of section 22a-241b.(P.A. 90-249, S. 2.)
