Sec. 22a-230. Orders to implement plan. After the adoption of a state-wide solid waste management plan pursuant to section 22a-228, the Commissioner of Environmental Protection may issue, modify or revoke any order issued pursuant to chapter 446d which he deems necessary to implement such plan.(P.A. 85-436, S. 4, 6.)
