Sec. 22a-76. Provisions and remedies not exclusive of others. The provisions and remedies under this chapter are not exclusive and shall be in addition to any other provisions and remedies provided for in any section of the general statutes or which are available under common law.(P.A. 74-328, S. 10, 12.)
